Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry recently closed several lease transactions in the Southeast Wisconsin industrial market.
Dent Wizard International Corp. recently leased 4,800 square feet of industrial space in Milwaukee from MLRP 5140 3rd Milwaukee LLC. The transaction was brokered by Maximilian Yokosh and Kenneth Braden of Cassidy Turley Barry. Bridgeton, Mo.-based Dent Wizard, which specializes in paintless dent removal, will use the location to serve its Milwaukee-area clients.
Metal stamping and fabrication company Kapco, Inc. leased the 13,100-square-foot industrial facility located at 995 Badger Cir. in Grafton, Wis. from M&M Stock Properties LLC. The transaction was brokered by Kurt Van Dyke and JamesYoung of Cassidy Turley Barry. Kapco will use the property for its expanding business, which has an existing 70,000-square-foot location also located in Grafton.
In another transaction brokered by Young, U.S. Waste leased 8,000 square feet in Milwaukee from 5th Ward Partners. U.S. Waste will use the facility as a location to service its fleet vehicles.
