The City of West Bend, Wis., recently purchased seven acres of industrial-zoned land in the West Bend Corporate Center from Continental Fund 52, LLC.
David Buckley of Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry was the listing broker on the transaction, while Thomas Vaughn of Continental Properties represented the City of West Bend.
This transaction was years in the making, with the Corporate Center location winning out over others after several test wells were drilled on potential sites. The City of West Bend will build a water well and pumping station to service the citizens and businesses of the area.
“This is a great site with the ability to serve the south side of West Bend’s expanding development,” Buckley said.
Buckley continues to market several additional vacant parcels of land for sale within the West Bend Corporate Center.
