Cassidy Turley Barry gets new year off to a busy start

Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry recently completed several sale and lease transactions in Southeastern Wisconsin.

Stefan’s Soccer purchased the 11,250-square-foot former Air Engineering industrial facility in New Berlin, Wis.  Kevin Barry and Jim Young of Cassidy Turley Barry brokered the transaction.

BrewCity Bruisers leased 9,696 square feet of warehouse space in Milwaukee from 5th Ward Partners in a transaction brokered by Jim Young of Cassidy Turley Barry.

Trek Bicycle Corporation leased 82,800 square feet of industrial and flex space in Watertown, Wis., from Wangard Partners. Trek will use the space to manufacture and distribute bicycles. Pete Slezak of Cassidy Turley Barry brokered the transaction. Additionally, Slezak brokered a 29,200-square-foot expansion of an existing lease to Morris Material Handling, Inc. in the same building.
