Chancellory II

A private investor has purchased the three-story office building Chancellory Park II in the Bishop’s Woods Office Park in Brookfield, Wis., from 350 North Sunny Slope Road Holdings, LLC.

The 85,000-square-foot building was fully leased to Thompson Reuters at the time of the sale.  The Bishop’s Woods sale marks the first time since March 2010 that an office investment transaction has occurred in the Brookfield submarket.  The transaction was completed as part of a 1031 trade.

Kenneth Braden of Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry, and Michael Hanrahan and Paul Hilton of St. Louis-based Cassidy Turley were the listing brokers on the transaction.  Craig Tomlinson of Tulsa, Okla.-based Stan Johnson Co., represented the buyer.
