David and Jane Kohlmann, the owners of Cedar Creek Contracting, recently purchased an 8,500-square-foot industrial property in Fredonia, Wis., from SCW Leasing.
James Young of Cassidy Turley Barry represented SCW Leasing and the Kohlmanns in the transaction.
The Kohlmanns plan to use the building for their machinery business, Cedar Creek Contracting.
