Scion Asset Management, with the help of Cassidy Turley Barry, recently purchased a 75,137-square-foot building in Menomonee Falls, Wis., from Assisted Living Concepts, Inc.
Kevin Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented the company — doing business as Scion Dental — in the transaction. Jim Cavanaugh and Matt Hunter of CBRE represented Assisted Living Concepts.
Scion Dental will use the building to expand its dental practice.
