With the help of Cassidy Turley Barry, Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin recently purchased a 21,021-square-foot facility in Brookfield, Wis., from Springfield Holdings, LLC. Office Max is currently leasing the space.
David Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Springfield Holdings in the transaction. Andy Fishler and Kevin Riordan represented Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin.
Goodwill Industries will wait for Office Max’s lease, which runs for a minimum of two more years, to run out before moving into the space.
