Salamone Trust, with the help of Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry, recently purchased a building from Handschy Industries in Menomonee Falls, Wis.

Salamone Trust, a building and business maintenance supply company, needed a larger building for its expanding business. To do this, Salamone needed to sell its old building and purchase a new one at the same time. Cassidy Turley Barry was able to close both transactions for the company.
