Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry recently helped a manufacturing company find a new home in Sussex, Wis.
TSB Bearings, formerly based in Waukesha, Wis., recently purchased a 33,265-square-foot industrial building in the Sussex Corporate Park in Sussex.
David Barry and David Buckley of Cassidy Turley Barry represented William O. Thompson in the transaction. This sale marks the third industrial sale in Sussex for Cassidy Turley Barry in the last six months.
