Duke Roufus Academy recently in Milwaukee recently leased 14,000 square feet of lower level commercial space from Jennings Village LLC with some help from Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry.
The site will house Roufusport Martial Arts Academy, which will move its mixed martial arts training facility from its existing Milwaukee location. The new location offers newly renovated space suited for such a use.
David Barry of Cassidy Turley Barry brokered the transaction.
