The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewage District, with the help of Cassidy Turley Barry, recently sold a 6,620-square-foot industrial building in Glendale, Wis.
The district sold the building to Lift Investments, LLC, a seller and distributor of crane systems.
David Buckley of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Lift Investments in the transaction.
