Kuehn Rubber Corp. recently purchased a 34,000-square-foot industrial building located in the Falls Business Park in Menomonee Falls, Wis., from Harris Mid America Holdings, Inc.
Kevin Barry, a broker with Milwaukee-based Cassidy Turley Barry, represented Kuehn Rubber Corp. in the transaction. The seller was represented by Bill Quinlivan and Brian Schroeder of Siegel-Gallagher.
Kuehn Rubber Corp. will move its operations from the 17,000-square-foot building that currently houses its business in Milwaukee.
“The buyer had searched for an extensive period of time to find a property that fit as well as the Menomonee Falls building, “ said Barry. “The sale demonstrates that some companies are still thriving in this economy.”
