With the help of Cassidy Turley Barry, Keystone Fresno LLC recently purchased the property located at 1674 Old School House Road in Oconomowoc, Wis., from Valley Road Investors LLC.
James M. Young of Cassidy Turley Barry represented Keystone Fresno in the transaction. Jerry Erdmann of The Property Advisor represented Valley Road Investors.
Keystone Fresno, an investor, plans to manage the property as a net-leased investment.
