Ken Braden, a vice president at Cassidy Turley Barry in Milwaukee, passed away March 25. He was 58.
Braden was involved in many high-profile commercial real estate transactions throughout Wisconsin. In 2011, he won the Industrial Deal of the Year Award from the Commercial Association of Realtors — Wisconsin.
During his long career in the real estate industry, Braden sold or leased more than 5 million square feet of property valued at more than $200 million.
Braden had served as the president of both the Wisconsin Society of Industrial and Office Realtors chapter and the Wisconsin chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Institute.
