Michael Drew, of Cassidy Turley, recently brokered the sale of Lighthouse Landings apartments on the South Side of Indianapolis.
The 336-unit complex occupies 38.4 acres. It sold to a private investor for $17.8 million.
The property is a class-A asset, which was built in 2001. Drew represented the seller, a local developer.
