Milwaukee’s Cassidy Turley Barry won the Industrial Deal of the Year award during the 2012 Commercial Association of Realtors of Wisconsin CRE awards ceremony on Oct. 2.
The event honored the most notable commercial real estate transactions in Wisconsin in 2012.
Kurt Van Dyke and Pete Slezak won the award for their involvement in the sale of the 152,800-square-foot former DCI Marketing building in Milwaukee to Bridge Logistics.
The award is Cassidy Turley Barry’s fifth consecutive Deal of the Year win. It is also the 11th such award the company has won since the founding of the Deal of the Year honor.
