Cassidy Turley recently helped McLean, Va.-based Gladstone Commercial Corp. lease 51,161 square feet of industrial space to Maryland Heights, Ohio-based Buckeye International. The industrial space is located in the Workflow One building in Hazelwood, Mo.
Ed Lampitt, senior vice presient and principal, and Matt Eastin, associate, both based in Cassidy Turley’s St. Louis office, represented building owner Gladstone. Hilliker Corp. represented Buckeye International, a company that manufactures cleaning and maintenance products.
The Workflow One building is located in the North County submarket. It has 40-foot clear heights, eight docks and additional acreage. Buckeye is the only tenant and has leased the entire building.
