Cassidy Turley in late November earned the Industrial Deal of the Year from the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association for a big industrial deal it closed this year in the Cincinnati market.
eBay Enterprise signed a longo-term lease for the entire 630,000-square-foot Building H in IDI/Gazeley’s Park South at Richwood in Walton, Ken., in June. Jeff Bender and Powell Spears with Cassidy Turley represented eBay in this transaction.
Cassidy Turley picked up its award during the NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association’s Night of the Stars award ceremony last month.
