More than 100 Cassidy Turley employees are joining forces with Indy Parks & Recreation to make sure hundreds of Indianapolis children and families have a fun, safe and beautiful place to play. On May 9, Cassidy Turley’s Day of Caring revamped Arsenal Park, located on the north side of Indianapolis at 1400 E. 46th St.

“We truly appreciate working with our community partners to improve the parks environment for our Indianapolis residents,” said Allen McClendon, senior manager of community partnerships for Indy Parks, in a written statement.

CertaPro Painters, Damage Doctors and Mainscape also partnered with Cassidy Turley by providing various tools and supplies as well as labor.

In addition to hundreds of volunteer hours and a donation to the Indianapolis Parks Foundation, Cassidy Turley’s service project resulted in the installation of a new piece of playground equipment, a new grill including concrete pouring to make it ADA-accessible, new backboards and rims for the basketball court, fresh playground mulch and a fresh coat of paint for the picnic shelter, comfort station and playground area.
