Cassidy Turley has closed a lease of 28,000 square feet for Ross Dress for Less at the Alton Square Mall in Alton, Ill.
Ross Dress for Less will open in the first half of 2015 and serve as one of the anchors for the 639,172-square-foot regional mall that includes JCPenney, Macy’s and Illinois Wholesale Furniture. More than 85,000 square feet has been leased within the mall in the last year.
Cassidy Turley vice president Chase Young and senior associate Nick Cascella represented the mall owner, Bloomington, Minn.-based NorthMarq Capital, which has owned the property for nearly four years. Cassidy Turley leases and manages the mall.
