Cassidy Turley has helped Dayton Children’s Hospital lease 13,800 square feet of space for four years at Tech Town III, located at 241 Taylor St. in downtown Dayton, Ohio.

The building is part of Tech Town, a technology campus that is home to more than 50 technology companies and 350 employees. The Tech Town III building was represented by the team of Jeff Levine, senior vice president, and Tony Witt, senior vice president, in Cassidy Turley’s Dayton office. Dayton Children’s Hospital, the first tenant in the building, was represented by Mark Fornes Realty.

Tech Town III is an energy efficient, smart building totaling 54,789 square feet; nearly 40,989 square feet is available for lease. The newly constructed property is LEED-certified and provides finish-to-suit space.
