Cassidy Turley announced that the 170,000-square-foot WestLink Business Center at Highway K-7 and 43rd Street in Shawnee, Kansas, is now 100-percent occupied with the signing of leases by Missouri Valley Wildlife Products, LLC D.B.A. Nuts for Wildlife, and NWC of Kansas, LLC.
Suffolk, VA-based Missouri Valley Wildlife Products leased 20,000 square feet at 23112 W. 43rd St. for a term of five years, and Kansas City-based NWC of Kansas, LLC leased 30,000 square feet at 23108 W. 43rd St. for 10 years.
Cassidy Turley associate Brad Jacobs and managing director Whitney Kerr represented building owner Airtex, Inc. in securing all of the tenants for the building. Airtex is planning to develop buildings two and three provided the owner/developer secures incentives and city approvals.
The newly constructed speculative building was completed in January.
