With the help of Cassidy Turley, Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group has purchased East Ridge Apartments in Louisville. Elmington paid $8.3 million to buy the 188-unit multi-family property from Louisville-based Cambridge Station Apartments LTD.
East Ridge Apartments is located at 11707 Nansemond Place in Louisville. Senior vice president Don Murphy and vice president Kurt Shoemaker of Cassidy Turley represented Elmington Capital Group in the transaction.
Ben Brewer, senior vice president at Elmington Capital Group, predicted that his company would boast a 1,000-unit Louisville portfolio by April of 2015.
