Cassidy Turley-managed buildings in St. Louis earn TOBY awards

Several buildings that Cassidy Turley manages in St. Louis have received The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) award by The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

These buildings received the local TOBY award in the following categories:

  •     Corporate Facility – Progress Point Center
  •     Suburban Office Park – Low-Rise – Delmar Gardens Office Complex
  •     100,000 to 249,999 Square Feet — Creve Coeur Center IV
  •     500,000 to 1 Million Square Feet  — US Bank Plaza
  •     Suburban Office Park- Mid-Rise – Westport Plaza

“BOMA’s recognition of these properties is quite an honor,” said Cassidy Turley executive managing director Dean Mueller in a written statement. “It reinforces Cassidy Turley’s position as a market leader and highlights our commitment to our clients’ assets.”

Local TOBY award winners will be submitted to BOMA International on April 10 and regional winners will be announced in mid-April. International winners will be announced at a BOMA conference in late June.
