Cassidy Turley recently earned a second consecutive top 15 ranking in the 2012 “Best Places to Work in Indiana” program.

The awards program, a project of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, BizVoice, Inside INdiana Business, the Society of Human Resource Management-IN State Council, the Indiana Economic Development Corporation and Best Companies Group, honors those state businesses that foster positive work environments. This is the sixth year in a row that Cassidy Turley has earned a Best Places to Work in Indiana distinction for creating a productive environment in which employees feel valued.

“This award speaks to exactly what we at Cassidy Turley strive to be, an energizing workplace for our associates that leads to exceptional results for our clients and the continual betterment of our communities,” said Jeff Henry, regional managing principal at Cassidy Turley who accepted the award on behalf of the company. “We are incredibly pleased to receive this distinction, and especially honored to accept it for the sixth year in a row.”

The Best Places to Work statewide survey and awards program was created in 2006 and designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.

Hundreds of companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Indiana. Hoosier businesses were first evaluated based on each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices and demographics. The remainder of the evaluation, worth about 75 percent of the total score, was based on employee surveys that measure the employee experience. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process in Indiana and also analyzed the data to determine the final rankings.

The 2012 list is made up of 70 companies, 39 of which are categorized as small/medium-sized (15 to 249 employees in the United States) and 31 of which are large-sized companies (250 or more employees in the United States). Cassidy Turley has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana in the large-sized category.
