Cassidy Turley has hired Julie Bautista as assistant property manager in its Columbus office. Bautista has a six-year history in commercial real estate.
In her new duties, Bautista assists with the management of a 29-building portfolio of industrial and office property located in Central and Northern Ohio. In addition, she focuses on budget planning, project management and financial reports. Her clients include IndCor Properties, Chambers Street, Time Equities and Agellan Commercial REIT.
Bautista is a graduate of The Ohio State University and received her real estate license through Hondros College. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Columbus Board of Realtors.
