Cassidy Turley recently negotiated the sale of Eleven Fortune Park, a 150,000-square-foot Class-A suburban office building in Indianapolis. Ascension Health Ministry Service Center, LLC, purchased the property from Eleven Fortune Park LP, a subsidiary of the IBUS Company, which has owned the building since 1989.

Rebecca Wells and Jon Owens of Cassidy Turley, as well as Ronald Foster of Echelon Realty Advisors, represented the seller. The buyer represented itself. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The IBUS Company is an independent, international and entrepreneurial real estate investment firm. Ascension Health Ministry Service Center is the primary tenant in Eleven Fortune Park, which was fully renovated in 2011. Ascension Health, the nation’s largest Catholic and non-profit health system, plans to use the building for its future growth plans in Indianapolis.

Other tenants at the building include Fink Roberts & Petrie, Gexpro and HR Dimensions.
