Cassidy Turley on July 23 opened a new 13,000-square-foot office in downtown St. Louis. Currently, Cassidy Turley has seven offices located throughout St. Louis and St. Charles County. The company’s recently renovated new office building at 600 Washington Ave. expands Cassidy Turley’s physical presence within the city.

Cassidy Turley’s new office will be on the 11th floor of the building.

“We’re excited about our new office space for many reasons,” said Tim Walsh, managing principal for Cassidy Turley in St. Louis, in a written statement. “This is a great building in a vibrant part of downtown, and this location generates opportunities for job creation and business growth, which will benefit both Cassidy Turley and the city of St. Louis.”

Cassidy Turley will move into the space in October. The office will accommodate 30 employees from Cassidy Turley’s Client Accounting Department and serve as an easily accessible site for brokers in the area.
