USAA Real Estate Co. has selected Cassidy Turley to manage three buildings in Plainfield, Ind., totaling more than 2 million square feet.
While Cassidy Turley project leasing and property management teams represent USAA RealCo properties in Louisville and Washington, DC, this portfolio marks the company’s first partnership with USAA RealCo in the Indianapolis region.
Properties in the agreement include the Plainfield Distribution Center, which totals 493,500 square feet; GreenParke at Airwest, which totals 770,640 square feet; and Airwest Distribution Center ,which totals 804,586 square feet.
Leading the assignment for Cassidy Turley will be Timothy Michel, senior managing director and principal; Cheri L. Shepherd, managing director and principal; and Tracy Johnson, property manager.
