Baltimore’s Atapco Properties has given Cassidy Turley the listing to sell three office/showroom buildings at the Carmel Technology Center in Carmel Science and Technology Park in the Indianapolis suburb of Carmel.
The nearly 210,000-square-foot portfolio includes Tech Centers 1-3.
Jeff Castell, senior managing director with Cassidy Turley, and Darrin Boyd, managing director, will represent Atapco in the sale.
The one-story buildings feature private glass-door entries, landscaping and 12-foot to 20-foot clear heights. Major tenants include Walgreens, Stryker Orthopedics and American Specialty Health.
