James Flick was promoted from research analyst to director of research, while Jordan Weidner was promoted to vice president.
Peter Snow was promoted from associate vice president to vice president, while Matt Crawford was promoted to associate vice president. Mike Gresham, senior project manager of Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus moved into this role from Indianapolis Cassidy Turley.
