Developer and real estate firm CASTO recently completed the redevelopment of Sawmill Square shopping center in the Dublin/Northwest Columbus area of Central Ohio.
The redevelopment of the retail center at the northeast corner of Sawmill Road and Summer Drive included the addition of a new Wal-Mart Supercenter.
Sawmill Square was developed in 1982. The center recently added a McAlister’s Deli, the chain’s first location in Central Ohio. Other new tenants include Sally Beauty and GameStop.
