Cawley Chicago has announced that Brian Nagle has joined its Capital Markets division, focusing on the sale of office and industrial investment properties throughout the Chicago metropolitan area and the other major Midwest markets.
Nagle has more than 30 years of capital markets experience involving all forms of investment real estate and has successfully completed transactions with a total value of more than $20 billion.
Prior to joining Cawley Chicago, he was an executive vice president with Cushman & Wakefield in their Capital Markets Group. Brian joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1990, where he was a consistent national top producer for twenty-five years.
Prior to Cushman, Brian spent ten years with The Balcor Company, the real estate investment subsidiary of American Express, rising to managing director responsible for investing equity capital in real estate transactions nationwide.
