Principal, Joshua Hearne, SIOR represented the buyer, Transport Properties in the transactions located at 132 Harris Drive and 2121 Gould Court in Rockdale as well as 1806 Terry Drive in Joliet. The portfolio sale was an off-market deal, sourced directly by Hearne.
