Cawley Chicago’s O’Hare industrial team recently completed the sale of a 20,000-square-foot industrial facility at 1001 Arthur Ave. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Principal Andrew Maletich, Vice-President Matt Garland and Associate Dustin Albers represented the building owner, E&A Transpros, in this investment sale transaction.
