Cawley Chicago has closed on 1371 Brummel Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The building sold to an undisclosed hybrid investor/user. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The Cawley industrial team consisting of principals, Andrew Maletich and Joshua Hearne, SIOR as well as vice president, Matt Garland and associate Dustin Albers recently brokered the sale of this 11,875-square-foot, free-standing warehouse building located in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket.
“We were excited to find this rare buyer whose flexibility made him the ideal user to obtain a solid building in the heart of the O’Hare Submarket,” said Maletich.
