Howard Bergdoll joins Cawley Chicago as a senior associate and will be working with Andrew Maletich on the Industrial O’Hare Team.
He specializes in tenant and landlord representation for industrial owners, private companies, investors and developers throughout the O’Hare, DuPage and West Cook County markets.
Prior to joining Cawley Chicago, Bergdoll began his industrial real estate career in 2013 with NAI Hiffman. During his time there, he worked with a number of large clients assisting in creating and implementing effective real estate solutions that aligned with their specific business objectives.
