Cawley Chicago’s Lake County industrial team recently closed on the sale of a 32,000-square-foot industrial site located at 10200 US HWY 14 in Woodstock, IL.
The team, consisting of Principal, David Conroy, alongside Vice President, Tim Gallagher and Associate, Joe Shapiro, represented the building owner, Pacific Electronics Company in two transactions. After selling their building in Woodstock, the Cawley team proceeded to represent their client in finding new space to run their operations in.

Pacific Electronics Company will now be operating out of their new facility located at 10815 Commercial Street in Richmond, IL.
