Cawley Chicago’s Principal, Andrew Maletich recently helped his client, Trestle Fulfillment expand their growing business into more than 78,000 square feet of space. Trestle has more than doubled the size of their facility in only 2.5 years as they now call the Prologis owned, Bloomingdale Business Center home for the next ten years.
“I wanted to make it as easy as possible for Trestle to be able to expand their rapidly growing business when I represented them a little over two years ago and Prologis was able to help us fulfill those expansion needs”, said Maletich.
