Cawley Chicago’s O’Hare industrial team recently completed another sale in the O’Hare neighboring city of Franklin Park. This time, the facility was located at 2960 Hart Court and totaled 27,000 square feet of industrial space.

The team, once again comprised of Principal, Andrew Maletich, Vice-President, Matt Garland and Associate, Dustin Albers represented the building owner, Koehler Enterprises, Inc.

“We were successful in achieving our client’s goal of selling their last facility in Illinois so they could focus on their other businesses out-of-state.  Patience was key as we worked through several prospects to get to the strongest buyer that has a long-term project in the O’Hare market,” says Garland.

The remainder of the deal terms have been left undisclosed.
