Cawley Chicago has given principal Zach Pruitt the additional role and title of managing director at the company’s Chicago office, located at 770 N Halsted Street. In addition to his existing brokerage responsibilities, Pruitt will take on establishing the Cawley brand recognition in Chicago, expand the current team of brokers and grow the individual service levels.

Cawley Chicago service levels include industrial practice, infill and development, urban redevelopment and adaptive reuse, agency leasing platform and capital markets.
