Cawley Chicago’s Lake County industrial team, consisting of Principal, David Conroy, alongside Vice President, Tim Gallagher and Associate, Joe Shapiro represented building owner, Loeffel Steel Products Inc in the recent sale of a 21,774 square foot warehouse facility.

Shortly after bringing the building to market, Cawley Chicago sourced the buyer, Tuttle Manufacturing direct, who was looking to expand their current operations in the Lake Barrington Industrial Park. “As we continue towards record low vacancies in the Lake County industrial real estate market, it is extremely important to know each company’s needs because deals like this have buyers ready to go before the listing even hits the market,” says Shapiro.
