Cawley Commercial Real Estate announced the acquisition and leasing assignment of a 58,236-square-foot multi-tenant industrial facility at 657 Wolverine Drive in Aurora, Illinois.
The property was acquired by The Missner Group, Chicagoland’s premier general contractor and developer. A third generation, fully integrated firm, The Missner Group provides construction services across a wide range of product types, as well as real estate development, investment, and property and asset management.
Andrew Maletich, SIOR of Cawley CRE, served as the sole buyer representative in the transaction and, together with Matt Garland, has been retained as the exclusive leasing broker for the property. NAI Hiffman represented the seller.
