The Cawley Chicago capital markets team, led by Brenten Blakeman, recently completed the sale of a 13-unit, multifamily property in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The 11,000-square-foot property is located at 822 W. Wrightwood Avenue and offers outstanding proximity to the city’s central business district, convenient access to public transportation, the lakefront and an abundance of vibrant restaurants and entertainment options. These factors led to substantial residential and retail growth, transforming the community into one of Chicago’s most desired areas in which to live.

“It was a pleasure to work with and represent the buyers in this highly competitive purchase. A property like this in the Lincoln Park neighborhood will serve as a sound investment” said Blakeman.
