CB Richard Ellis has announced that Hostway Corporation has signed a new long term renewal for 52,660 square feet at the Boeing Building, 100 North Riverside Plaza in Chicago.
Christopher Cassata of CB Richard Ellis represented ownership, Boeing 100 N Riverside LLC., in this transaction. Matthew Carolan of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the transaction.
Built in 1989, 100 North Riverside Plaza is a 770,299-sf, 36 floor Class-A Tower located prominently on the Chicago River. Conveniently located only two blocks from Ogilvie Train Station, five blocks from Union Train Station and minutes away from public transportation, 100 North Riverside Plaza offers dramatic views spanning the three branches of the Chicago River, cityscape and the Chicago skyline in all directions.
