CB Richard Ellis has announced that Hostway Corporation has signed a new long term renewal for 52,660 square feet at the Boeing Building, 100 North Riverside Plaza in Chicago.

Built in 1989, 100 North Riverside Plaza is a 770,299-sf, 36 floor Class-A Tower located prominently on the Chicago River.
