Mike Lowe, Doug Whitten and Tim Schenke of CB Richard Ellis recently negotiated the lease of 390,000 square feet at Port Union Commerce Park in the city of West Chester, Ohio.
The lessor was DCT Industrial. The lessee was Spiraledge, a California-based online swimwear retailer. This transaction represents the largest new industrial lease transaction in Greater Cincinnati since the second quarter 2010.
