The Indianapolis-Cincinnati Multi-Housing Group of CB Richard Ellis recently negotiated the sale of the Arlington Village Apartments, a 164-townhome apartment community located in the City of Fairborn, Ohio, a submarket of Dayton, Ohio.
The seller was C-K Arlington, LLC. The purchaser was an affiliate of Spirit Investment Partners, LLC, a New York-based real estate investment company. This transaction represents the purchaser’s first acquisition in the Dayton market.
