CB Richard Ellis helps close 26,000-square-foot office lease in Ohio

Toledo, Ohio-based CB Richard Ellis|Reichle Klein recently arranged a 26,586-square-foot least of office space in Maumee, Ohio.

Martin Gallagher represented the lessee, Hanson Productions, Inc. of Maumee, with its long-term lease in the 54,000-square-foot office building. Mike Poulos represented the lessor, CSA9-Arrowhead LLC of Toledo.
