CB Richard Ellis has represented Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (“HIMSS”) in its new, 32,690-square-foot lease at 33 W. Monroe, Chicago.
This move represents an expansion and relocation from the firm’s current headquarters location at 230 E. Ohio, Chicago, a building it once owned. HIMSS will take occupancy of the new space on the 17th floor in the summer of 2011.

Founded 50 years ago, HIMSS and its related organizations have offices in Chicago, Washington, DC, Brussels, Singapore, Leipzig, and other locations across the United States.
Located at the southeast corner of Monroe and Dearborn, 33 West Monroe is steps from courts, government buildings, financial offices and State Street. Building amenities include: 24 Hour Manned security, 112 below-grade parking spaces, 22 elevator cars (2 freight cars), adjacent hotel, ADA accessibility, full service restaurant: The Grillroom with carry-out and catering, newsstand, First American Bank and ATM. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.
