The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals recently ranked CB Richard Ellis Group as one of the most important providers of outsourcing services in the country.
CB Richard Ellis ranked as the sixth-largest provider of outsourcing services across all industries, according to the association’s annual Global Outsourcing 100. This is the highest ranking for any commercial real estate services firm on the 2011 list.
This recognition marks the second time that CB Richard Ellis has been included in the top 10, and marks its highest position yet. CB Richard Ellis is the only commercial real estate services firm ever to make the top 10.
